*Our production time on this item is 3 business days. Pen Impressions is happy to RUSH the production of your order FREE of CHARGE. Rush production is a service we offer to expedite the factory production time to 3 business days. Your In-hand/must have date must be specified on order. The production will begin the following business day after the order is placed, paid, and proofed (if one is required). When ordering, you must allow for shipping time (in route) via UPS. Standard Ground shipping take approx. 1-6 business days (not including holidays or weekends) and cost $12.95 for a quantity of 1000 or less. Additional shipping methods are available at checkout and will be added/adjusted to your invoice after your order is submitted to us. If there is any additional setup fee's they will be added/adjusted and confirmed by email.

** If you should have any special instructions such as a color or font please specify this under " Special Shipping/Order Instructions " at checkout.

*** Our minimum quantity for custom carpenter pencils is 144 and will take 3 business days to produce them.

**If ordering translucent or dark colors, Silver, Gold and White imprint colors look the best. If ordering light colors, then Black, Blue, Green and Red imprint colors look better. If ordering assorted colors, we will ship the colors that look the best based on your selected imprint color.
